There's Something Wrong with my Order:

If you've received your item and something is wrong for the following reasons:

• Damaged in Shipment 

• Items Missing / Extra Items / Wrong Items Sent

Within 30 days of delivery, please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label,  to dtgfigures@gmail.com
Be sure to include your order number and name and we will work with you to correct the issue.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase for free. After that orders may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.
